Factory Reconditioned Guard Building 12x8 Duraluminum

The building was originally manufactured in 2004 and used at a local high school as a temporary press box. They have since completed their sports stadium and no longer need this unit so they returned it to us (which we did as a favor to them). Many of the building wall panels had taken a beating in the years at the high school through the stadium construction so we replaced many of them and the building is now in "like new" condition, but sold "as-is". There is no AC/Heat unit installed in this building, but one may be added.
